What is electrostatic spraying and how does it work?

This technology rocks! It involves spraying a safe hospital grade disinfectant onto surfaces and objects in your home and office to kill germs and contaminated areas. The solution is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer. The spray is electrically charged, allowing the appropriate disinfectants to wrap around and evenly coat all types of surfaces for a more complete clean. As the disinfectant exits the electrostatic sprayer, it’s given a positive electrical charge. The droplets then become attracted to all negative surfaces, covering the visible area, underside and backside, with the sanitizing agent. Surfaces that are already covered will repel the spray, making it the fastest, most efficient, and cost effective way to disinfect areas like desks, floors, walls, doors, and any equipment without over wetting.

What products do we use?

We use Vital Oxide, a EPA-registered hospital disinfectant that is designed to be a powerhouse germ killer, while at the same time being gentle, fragrance-free, and safe to use around kids and pets. Use Vital Oxide to disinfect items and surfaces in your home, vehicle, workplace, or school.

How much does this service cost ? And how long does it take?

• We charge approximately .10-.25 cents per square foot for our electrostatic spray service at a minimum charge of $200. Minimum charges are may be waived for smaller business’ who require scheduled services. This service can also be combined with our other steam cleaning services.

• The process is fast and efficient. Most homes and store front business can be completed within the hour. Time will vary with business’ , but a single sprayer tank can accommodate up to 23,000 sqft on just a single tank.
